Hutzot Hamifratz Outlet is a shopping plaza located in the heart of the Haifa Bay area, and is considered Israel’s largest outlet store complexes, with a diverse mix of stores and chains, a design and furniture center, electronics and electrical appliances, apparel and footwear, a food court, and attractions for children.

The complex is being developed according to a multi-phase master plan.

In 2025, the company completed the first phase of the development plan, which included the occupancy of new buildings in Hutzot Hamifratz, encompassing a total area of 14,000 square meters.
