Accessibility Statement

Melisron” (hereinafter: “the company”) aims to provide the best professional service in order to provide its customers, including customers with disabilities, an equal, respectable, accessible and professional service.
To this end, we are working to make accessibility adjustments, both in the direct channels and in the digital channels.
These adjustments are made subject to the provisions of the Law on Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (1998).

Website accessibility

The company considers the accessibility of its website of utmost importance. An accessible site improves comfort and ease of use.
This website complies with the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013.
The accessibility adjustments were made according to the Israeli standard (TI 5568) for internet content accessibility at level AA and the international WCAG2.0 document.

The site includes:

correct semantic writing
Alt texts for images
Division of the website into navigation areas and a central content area and the possibility of skipping between them
Using ARIA to improve the readability of the screen reader.

The site allows reading on all existing screen readers. At the same time, we recommend using a .NVDA screen reader

Change the font size.
Change the color contrast.

Here are the accessibility adjustments made on the site for an optimal browsing experience:

Providing a textual alternative to any non-text element.
Using textual links.
All actions on the site can be performed and navigated using the keyboard by navigating using the keyboard arrow keys and the TAB key.
Adding quick links that allow surfers to skip reading the menus and go directly to the content of the page.
Added an option to stop the movement of texts, videos and images, to reduce congestion and distractions.

Explanation about use via keyboard

Pressing the Tab key moves to the next link and pressing the Enter key activates the link.
Clicking Shift-Tab takes you to the previous link.
Switch back depending on the browser in use.
Resize the screen display
– To enlarge the text on the site: use the accessibility bar at the bottom of the site or use “ctrl +”
– To reduce the text on the site: use the accessibility bar at the bottom of the site or use “ctrl –”

We continue to invest a lot of effort in making the site accessible. At the same time, it is possible that there will be parts of the site that are not accessible.
