Melisron owns and manages 18 malls under the “Ofer Malls” brand, located in “prime location” areas and fully spread throughout Israel. Our shopping complexes offer a wide and attractive variety of leading international and local chains, unique stores, restaurants, cafes and entertainment and leisure activities and enjoy a bustling visitor traffic.

We specialize in professional and experienced management with a high and uncompromising standard, with the aim of enabling maximum success for our tenants and an ultimate shopping and entertainment experience for the visitors.

Total areas of malls and shopping centers (not including offices in malls): 526,000 square meters managed.

In addition, Melisron is working to develop a digital envelope for the shopping malls, upgrade the customer club “My Ofer” and develop the “hybrid shopping mall”, which combines the physical experience in the shopping mall with the digital purchase experience, maximizes the customer experience and provides value to tenants in the company’s shopping malls.
