Melisron is planning to add two floors of modern, upscale office spaces above Ofer Rehovot Mall, Rehovot’s largest shopping and entertainment center. The new project will offer a total of about 11,500 sqm in office spaces and an additional 410 parking spaces. Its LEED-certified construction meets the highest standards of sustainable construction. The two new office levels of about 5,500 sqm each will be constructed above existing office spaces that are currently leased to Rehovot Municipality, private professionals, and medical clinics.

The project is designed by Orit Willenberg Giladi and Keren Jedwab of OKA Architects and Town Planners. Their careful design created smart flexible work spaces that allow tenants to customize their space to their unique needs.
