Hi-tech parks

Melisron owns, rents and manages high-tech parks and offices spread all over the country and located near major access roads. These constitute an innovative and enveloping home for large, international and local hi-tech companies. Each park is characterized by smart planning to a high standard and a green, technological and innovative environment, which is specially adapted to the needs of the companies renting the park.

We provide all the services required in the parks at the highest standard in order to give companies a perfect working environment and an ideal platform for their business activities. The parks include a range of services for the welfare of the employees, including restaurants, shops, gyms and sports and a rich and varied content and leisure activity.

In addition to the high-tech parks, we own and rent office space adjacent to or as part of the malls and shopping centers we own. These are mainly rented to government and municipal offices, small and medium-sized companies and freelancers who contribute to increasing the traffic of visitors to shopping malls.
