LANDMARK B Tel Aviv (offices)

The LANDMARK project, located in a prime location on Harbea St. in central Tel Aviv, is a new and iconic project that includes two towers rising to a height of 40 stories and is expected to become the leading business, leisure and residential complex in central Tel Aviv.

 

Together, the two towers will include approximately 161,000 square meters of offices, shops, residential apartments, cultural institutions (the performing arts school), sports clubs, a semi-Olympic swimming pool for the building’s residents to use, seating areas and cafes, and even public gardens. The huge underground parking lot will offer the complex’s residents and visitors about 2,000 parking spaces and advanced bicycle parking facilities.

 

Tower B will include 2 vibrant commercial floors, 27 office floors above them, and 11 residential floors above them and a panoramic swimming pool. The tower will include approximately 45,000 square meters of office space, with 116 residential apartments above it. The combination of commerce, leisure, business and residences is designed to create a space that encompasses, in one place, the entire range of possibilities offered by the city.

The complex will enjoy an ideal location in the center of Tel Aviv, on an active and lively street, adjacent to the Sharona complex and within walking distance of the streets of the heart of the city. Its location makes it accessible both from Tel Aviv, also by bicycle and scooter, and from all over Gush Dan, via the Ayalon routes and the Shalom train station. Near the project are light rail stations on the red line and the green line.
