The planned project is an open commercial center, which will combine commerce and offices and will cover an area of approximately 24,000 square meters.
Two commercial floors are expected to be built in the complex, which will include shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as an underground floor, where a large supermarket is expected to open, with a total area of approximately 5,500 square meters. Construction begins
The project is located in the green neighborhood of “Neot Shamir” in southwest Yavne, near Highway 4 and the new interchange that was built there. Thanks to this, the complex is expected to be accessible and convenient for visitors.
