Two commercial floors are expected to be built in the complex, which will include shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as an underground floor, where a large supermarket is expected to open, with a total area of approximately 5,500 square meters. A four-story office building will also be built in the complex, intended for rent to companies and freelancers. The project It is jointly owned by Melisron (70%) and Yohannoff (30%).
The complex, which will be built to high standards and LEED standards (green construction), was designed by the office of Freon Brudner Architects.
