In this framework, the company owns 15 projects, which are in various stages of execution and planning. These projects are expected to add approximately 230,000 square meters and generate an additional NOI of approximately NIS 375 million for the company upon completion in the coming years – a figure that reflects an increase of approximately 30% in the company’s NOI from projects in the commercial and office sectors compared to the current figure.
