Mr. Yakubovitz has served as an independent director for Melisron since August 2025. He earned a BSc degree in civil engineering from the Technion, and has extensive managerial experience, including a 12-year term as CEO of Gav Yam Ltd. between 2013 and 2025, where he previously served as Deputy CEO, VP, and Chief Engineer. Mr. Yakubovitz also served as CBOD of Gav-Yam Negev Ltd. and Gav-Yam Matam Ltd. and as a director in several Gav-Yam’s subsidiaries and affiliates.
