A new 4-floor office building offering 6,000 sqm of office space is currently under construction in Ofer Nof Hagalil, meeting the highest standards of sustainable construction. The design of the building clearly reflects the desire to create a holistic work environment with mixed uses, that offers maximum flexibility in the use of its work spaces.

The project was designed by Sakorka Architects, and will meet the highest standards of sustainability.

Ofer Nof Hagalil is located near the southern entrance to Nof Hagalil (formerly known as Nazareth Illit), and to two main traffic arteries: Highway 65 and Highway 70. With its prominent location, the complex is easily accessible. The project is also close to public parks and major tourist sites such as Mount of the Leap of the Lord. Numerous bus routes pass by the complex and a train station and a Light Train station adjacent to the complex are planned for construction in the future.
