Smadar Barber-Tzadik has served as a director in Melisron since 2023. She is a certified public accountant and holds a BA in economics and accounting and an MBA in finance from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She has many years of experience in senior executive positions in the field of finance, including 16 years as CEO of First International Bank of Israel (FIBI) and CBOD of various FIBI subsidiaries.
In addition to her position as director in Melisron, since 2023 Ms. Barber-Tzadik has served as CBOD of Ofer Investments, Melisron’s controlling company. She is also a member of the board of Tel Aviv University.
