Shuki Oren has served as an independent director of Melisron since 2018. He holds a BA in economics and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Mr. Oren has many years of experience in senior executive roles in the financial sector, including CEO of Karden NV and CEO of Leumi Bank Switzerland. He also served as the General Accountant in the Ministry of Finance.
In addition to his position as independent director in Melisron, Mr. Oren currently serves as CBOD of the digital bank One Zero, Chair of the Foreign Workers Investment Fund Committee and Chair of the Executive Board of Eran Emotional First Aid, a non-profit.
