Peer Nadir has served as an external director in Melisron since 2023. He holds a BA in economics and accounting and an MBA (finance) from Tel Aviv University. Mr. Nadir is a certified public accountant with many years of experience in the mall and shopping center sector, where he held various senior consulting and executive positions. He previously held the position of CEO of Azrieli Malls for about 12 years.
In addition to his position as director in Melisron, Mr. Nadir serves as a CBOD of Mehadrin, and external director in Peretz Bonei Hanegev, an independent director in New Amidar, a member of the board of Friends of Schneider – Children’s Medical Center, and a member of the board of the Friends of Tel Aviv University.
