Shlomo Sharf

Mr. Sharf has served as an independent director for Melisron since May 2025. He earned a BSc degree in mechanical engineering from Ben Gurion University. His extensive managerial experience includes positions as a general director of public companies including Electra Ltd., Electra Real Estate Ltd., and the Azrieli Group Ltd. Mr. Sharf also served as an external director for Melisron between 2014 and April 2023. In addition to his current position in Melisron, Mr. Sharf serves as an external director in Delta Galil Ltd. and Midroog Ltd., is a real estate consultant in a private company in the Union Properties Group Ltd. and co-CEO in a real estate fund that specializes in rental properties in the UK.
