Ofer Hakiryon is a dominant complex in northern Israel that includes a shopping mall, office buildings and commercial spaces, and strategically located near the Haifa-Akko Highway (Highway 4) in the town of Kiryat Bialik. Hakiryon is a major destination for the population of northern Israel, providing in-demand retail stores, a variety of dining options, entertainment and events, services, health and wellness offerings and more. Total on-site space: 62,000 sqm shopping space and 27,000 sqm office space. Hakiryon was built in 1989 on the site of the former Ata factory, and opened to the public on February 28 that year.
