The new tower will be centrally located and accessible, close to Yokne’am, to Highway 70 that connects central and northern Israel, and several minutes’ drive from Highway 6. This excellent location makes the Hi-Tech Park conveniently accessible for employees, either by private or public transportation. The Hi-Tech Park’s relative proximity to central Israel — less than 1 hour from Tel Aviv – creates a convenient work location for residents of the north and residents of central Israel.

The City Building Plan for the new tower is pending and construction is expected to begin in 2024.
