The high-tech park where the tower is planned to be built is in a central and accessible location near the city of Yakneam Illit, close to highway 70 connecting the center of the country to the north and a few minutes away from highway 6. The excellent location makes the park convenient to reach and allows employees of the complex to reach it easily by private vehicle and public transportation alike. Also, the relative proximity to the center of the country – less than an hour’s drive from Tel Aviv – makes the park a very sought-after workplace for both the residents of the north and the residents of the center.
The tower is in the stages of approval of the EIA and the start of its construction is expected in 2024.
In the high-tech park Ofer Yakneam, located in the industrial area of Yakneam Ilit, a new, designed and impressive office tower is expected to be built, which will join the eight buildings that currently exist in the park. The area of the tower is expected to be about 35,000 square meters, and it will rise to a height of 13 floors.
The tower, which will be built to high standards and LEED standards (green construction), was designed by the Skorka architectural office.
The tower is expected to be leased to local and international hi-tech companies, businesses and essential service providers.
Tenants in the tower will be able to enjoy a variety of high-quality services – from maintenance and cleaning to catering services and a variety of green areas.
