Landmark Tel Aviv (Offices)

Landmark is centrally located on Ha’arba’ah Street in the heart of downtown Tel Aviv. This new project includes two 40-floor towers and is slated to become Tel Aviv’s leading business, leisure, and residential center.

The 2 towers will offer about 161,000 sqm of office and retail spaces, apartments, cultural institutions (including a school for the theater arts), sports clubs, a semi-Olympic swimming pool for the residents, public parks, cafés, and ample seating. The underground parking facility will contain about 2,000 parking spaces and sophisticated bicycle parking systems.

Building A

With its prime location on Ha’arba’ah Street in central Tel Aviv, and two 40-floor towers, Landmark is a new iconic project that is expected to become Tel Aviv’s leading business, leisure, and residential center.

The 2 towers will offer about 161,000 sqm of office and retail spaces, apartments, cultural institutions (a school for the theater arts), sports clubs, a semi-Olympic swimming pool for the residents, public parks, cafés, and ample seating. The enormous underground parking facility will contain about 2,000 parking spaces for residents and visitors, and will include sophisticated bicycle parking systems.

Tower A covers 40 floors, including about 100,000 sqm of office spaces above 2 retail floors. Including an atrium approximately 160 m in height, this tower is divided into two wings connected by expansive hanging walkways that create a source of light and air.

 

Building B

Building B will contain two bustling retail floors, with 27 floors of 43,000 sqm of office spaces, above which will be 116 residential units and a panoramic swimming pool. The combination of retail, leisure, business, and residential uses will create a space with everything the city has to offer in a single location.

Construction on Building B commenced in late 2023 and is scheduled to be completed in 2026

Around the Landmark Project

The complex will benefit from ideal, central location in Tel Aviv, on a lively, bustling city street. The project is adjacent to Sarona and a walk away from the city’s downtown area. This central location is easily accessible by scooter and electric bicycle from Tel Aviv, and from the entire Dan area by car (through Netivei Ayalon) and by train (Shalom train station). Red and Green Line Light Train stations are located close to the project.
