Roee Azar has served as a director of Melisron since 2022. He holds a BA in accounting and economics from Haifa University and an MBA from Northwestern University and Tel Aviv University. He previously served in various executive positions in XT Holdings, where his most recent position was investment manager of XT Hi-Tech Fund. Mr. Azar specializes in finance, with extensive experience in M&A and international finance.

In addition to his position on Melisron’s board, Mr. Azar serves as VP of Business Development in Ofer Investments, and as a director in several private companies owned by the Ofer Investment Group.
