Rinat Gazit has served as an external director of Melisron since 2016. She holds a BA in political science, sociology, and anthropology from Haifa University, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. Ms. Gazit has extensive experience in finance and investments and has previously filled numerous senior executive positions in the field of M&A, including Head of M&A in Shikun & Binui, and positions in the BSG Group.

Ms. Gazit also currently serves as a director in EDM REIM (Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Management), the Caesarea Development Company, Ratzio Petroleum Energy, Delta Galil Industries, Panaxia Pharmaceutical Industries, and Menara Ventures.
