Attorney Zakai-Horev was appointed Head of Corporate Services and Company Secretary in February 2020. She previously served as a senior associate in the law firm of Gornitzky & Co., where she was legal adviser to public companies including Straus, Elrov Real Estate,

Shikun & Binui, and Scorpio Real Estate. She also previous served as legal adviser and member of the management team at Habas Investments. In her current position, Ms. Zakari-Horev is in charge of corporate governance, securities, and financing, as well as corporate communications and ESG. Ms. Zakai-Horev holds an LLB degree from the College of Management.
