Artur Leshinsky has served as a director of Melisron since 2024 and concurrently serves as VP of Finance of Ofer Investment, the controlling company of Melisron. Mr. Leshinsky holds a BA in business administration and accounting from the College of Administration, and an LLB from Ono Academic College.

Mr. Leshinsky has a wealth of experience in working with the capital market, financial analysts, financiers, and regulators in and outside Israel, and has served in the past in senior positions, including as Acting CEO and Deputy CEO of Blue Square Real Estate, and VP of Finance of Hagag Real Estate Development.
