We develop our retail properties to support the way people like to shop and the way retailers arrange their stores. Our regional centers attract visitors from wide catchment areas by offering a breadth and depth of retail and leisure activities. Our local malls fit into the daily lives of communities, providing convenient, accessible retail, social and community spaces that are particularly well-suited to click and collect. Our 9 regional centers account for 84% of our retail portfolio, which is dynamically adjusted to reflect the changing role of physical retail in an omni-channel world.

OFER MALL APPS
At Melisron, we are strategically extending our brand into the digital space to strengthen the traffic that reaches the Ofer shopping centers. In 2017, we launched My Ofer, our mobile app and digital customer club that currently has 930,000 members, who receive exclusive benefits based on collaborations with our mall tenants, and incentivize for customers to visit the mall.
The Ofer Mall app drives traffic through the informed use of state-of-the-art technology and mobile innovations, offering benefits both in the consumption worlds and in the entertainment and entertainment worlds in the mall, and ultimately driving traffic into the mall and creating loyal shoppers and consumers.
