Through our unique office campus approach, we develop office spaces that reflect the new ways in which people work, with innovative spaces that promote collaboration and creativity and allow people to move seamlessly between work and leisure time. Our office spaces increasingly include mixed uses, with retail, leisure and residential spaces on site, and play an important role in the lives of local communities.

PARK OFER
In 2018, in response to the growing demand for office space in the area, we inaugurated the new extension to Ofer Park Petah Tikva.
